This course will focus on the philosophical and evidence-informed approaches to wellbeing in families, society, and communities and how to advance society's prosperity, wellbeing and cohesion by addressing inequality and trauma in culturally diverse communities. The course explores how to cultivate wellbeing and explore differences between cultural factors, drawing on research from education, psychology, organisational psychology and the social sciences.
