This course will introduce preservice teachers to the pedagogical concept of STEM in education and develop an understanding of cross discipline planning as they engage in project based learning opportunities. Preservice teachers will investigate the benefits and complexities of adopting STEM as a pedagogical approach to teaching Science, Technology, and Mathematics in the Junior Primary/Primary classroom.
