Foundations in Chemistry is designed for students who have not completed SACE Stage 2 Chemistry and who are seeking a solid foundation in chemistry that would be required later for more advanced courses in a variety of science related programs. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to identify different states of matter, trends of the periodic table, and molecular shape, and draw conclusions about physical and chemical properties.
